God Bless America!!....(and the frogs...)

So.... my SIL/BFF tried to convince me to let her visit my new casa on Tuesday at 11:10 specifically.  I did, however, refuse her offer when I realized I had a two-year-old bear that day who needed a nap like nobody's business.  She then invited me to accompany her to the outlets the very next day!!  This was an offer I COULD NOT refuse!  She needed to get summer clothes for her little ladies, and I needed to get.....well.....nothing really(but I still did get stuff anyway!)  Jaden decided he needed to take a million American flags with us and carry them around the outlets.  I do believe all of the shoppers enjoyed his patriotism.  Except for maybe the time when he threw himself on the sidewalk to have a fit....but that's a different story!

Patriotism is never out of style....NEVER!

.....So.... what about the frogs???  You ask!?  Well... whilst at dinner at my lovely inlaws crib.  (this experience also involved my SIL/BFF) (We are basically ALWAYS getting into trouble together or making other people do strange stuff for us)  (She is also literally ALWAYS trying to get me to roll down my window in the car to ask the person next to us strange questions)....But, anyway...I think I got a little side-tracked...so back to the frogs.  We convinced Sarah's husband to try to catch the biggest frog in the pond.  When he failed to do so, he walked around the whole pond and tried to catch every single frog he saw!  Great effort!  He finally caught a prime frog...but alas- it jumped out of the bucket before Sarah and I had a look at the fella.  So, of course, we were extremely angry.  This is when my wonderful husband stepped in with yet another bucket!!!!!!!!  Just imagine the excitement in Sarah and my hearts when we realized we now had two grown men trying to catch the perfect frog just for us!  They walked around the pond once more and tried to bucket up each frog.  Jacob finally 'caught one'... it did however manage to escape when Jacob pulled the bucket up out of the water.  What is the moral of this story?????  I don't really know...but I can tell you one thing, I was the only one that day that was able to successfully catch a frog and have it not escape from me!  (nevermind that my frog was literally the size of a pencil eraser...nevermind that...nevermind)  The point is that I won!

Perfection!
