12 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 weeks...I'm soooo excited!  But, I wore this sweater to disguise my tummy from Jaden's music teacher this day....

I'm realizing that it didn't really do much to conceal the bump.....but no one asked me if I'm preggo!

Jaden's belly, Mommy's belly!
We got to hear the precious tiny heartbeat of the little baby on Tuesday.  It was in the 150's...doc said that's perfect!  I feel like I can breathe now.  God is so good!

And... just for good measure- here are some cutest pics of the cutest little boy in the whole wide world!
Incase you can't guess... He LOVES his new boots (and no other clothes)!

Ha!  Best picture EVER!!!!

11 weeks

Yup...I feel HUGE!  Well...huge for the amount of weeks I am.

SLEDDINGGGGG!!!!!!

One of my favorite memories from my childhood is tubing with my dad down steep, steep Wyoming hills! My dad would get these huge inter tubes that at least 3 people could fit on.  We would pack them up and drive to the hills and have at it!  I have yet to recreate those experiences, but we did a little sledding down some tiny hills last night!  It was perfect for the kiddos...I sat on the sidelines.  I'm not sure how the baby growing inside of me would feel about sledding!
Jaden going down the hill with Sarah!  He wasn't so sure about all of this!

Jaden and Daddy

Nanny even got in on the action!

This is right after Jacob injured his tailbone...takin' a little break!

I sat at the bottom of the hill with the camera...I was happy to get the occasional little snuggle from my snowbunny!

She's ALWAYS up to no good!

SNOW ANGELSSSS!!!  Because we are angels, of course!

Jaden loved throwing snowballs into the air!

Woah!

Sarah and I have a lot in common...one of those things are these matching snowsuits!  I love this picture because whenever we would put Jaden down, it was like he was stuck.  He didn't think he could move with all of the snow gear on!  (thanks Auntie Sarah, for letting us borrow the girly snow pants...poor kid!)

Jaden and Isabelle.... Ready...Set....GO!

Funny Thing(s) about Pregnancy...

I have to admit, this pregnancy is wayyyy easier than it was when I was pregnant with Jaden.  But, I do have a few funny symptoms...
~Peanut butter makes me gag.  Hence, making me barf.  Yesterday I had to barf during lunch time.  Of course, Jaden was eating lunch (pb and chips)...I had to take him out of his high chair for the barf just to be sure he wouldn't climb out and hurt himself.  So, naturally, he follows me into the bathroom...and he just keeps shouting at me "CHIPS, CHIPS, CHIPS"....I guess he wanted more chips!  Not the most pleasant way to comfort me at this time, but he did his best!
~I have been having the strangest/most vivid dreams.  Some have included rescuing chickens, some have included me having cancer, some have included strange house hunts....they have been very strange.
~The smell of yogurt makes me dry heave (only sometimes)
~My nails never break now
~I think I may be showing already, and yesterday I had trouble finding pants to wear.
~Unlike my first pregnancy, I am enjoying sweets!  So, that means it's a girl!

Lately

Here are some photographs to update you on what's going on lately.  I will post about Christmas afternoon soon.  There are sooooo many pictures to go through for that one, so I'm saving that for when I have a bit more time!
This is how Jaden exits his car now-a-days.  Very inventive!

EARS!!!!

How cute are these two!!???  Lilly and Jaden love riding in the car together!

HA!  I love this one.  We had a girls night at Sarah's with her Auntie Di.  Isabelle made place cards for everyone.  I love the title on this one... I also love the little note on top that says 'name carde'....'Jaden the boy'... Hilarious!

Jacob rescued this poor little puppy from people in the neighborhood where he works.  The dog is skin and bones, was starving and they never let the dog inside.  We tried to find him a new home, but had no luck.  I was hopeful that he would be ours...but Jacob ended up taking him to an awesome shelter in the area.  They are getting him healthy, and then he will be adopted!!(by me!)

......AND......last, but certainly not least, Time outs!!!!  We have been having time-outs lately!!

Christmas morning!!

We celebrated Christmas morning by ourselves at our house.  It was so nice.  Jaden freaked out when he saw all of the presents.  He wanted to open each present and play with it right away.  He would say "opin, opin".  That was really fun!

He was really excited about his diner!  He posed like this...wonder when he learned how to pose?!

Jaden was excited to "opin, opin"

He also loves this musical car.  He used it to drive thru the diner and get a treat of tomatoes!

Hurry, Daddy...put it together!!!  This is a Geo Trax train set!  Also a huge hit!

MekChis!

That's Jaden's word for "Merry Christmas"!  He likes to impersonate Santa and say "HO, HO, HO, Mekchis!"   Cutie pie!
We had a super busy, busy Christmas week!  My brother Matt and his wife, Kristy came into town from Kansas.  It was so fun to see them again!  We hadn't seen them in person for about a year, so we were a little worried that Jaden would take a while to warm up to them.  Luckily, he warmed up to them rather quickly.  He even tried to move in on Kristy...he LOVED her!  I think I would consider that his first crush!  He would go sit by her and sit just like her.  He would put his arm around her...look at her and smile.  Ahhh...it was soooo funny!  He also loved Matt.  I think he loved how Matt could talk like Mickey Mouse.  He also loved how Matt would play ball/toys with him.  It was so wonderful to watch them interact.
Another fun tidbit...Kristy is pregnant too.  She is due 3 days before me!  So, she was having to deal with fatigue and a little bit of nausia during their visit.  I was feeling pretty good, overall.  I struggle with nausia at times.  But, luckily I didn't vomit until Thursday night...after they had already gone home!  Ha!
We celebrated Christmas Eve with my family at my parents house.  It was a wild time...(as always!)

Making Christmas cookies with Pompen

I'm 8 weeks in this picture, Matt's baby is 9 weeks!

I loved the look on his face when he saw this shopping cart!!

Dad has a new project to work on!

Thanks, Matt and Kristy for the Mickey Mouse video!!

My grandma sent Jaden a book from Hallmark that you can record your voice on.  So, she is reading this story to him.  It is so special especially since she lives so far away!

Jacob labeled this bag for Sawyer (Matt and Kristy's boy name)

Oh, Yeahhhh!  It's an inflatable leg lamp!!!  You're welcome, dad....and mom(of course)
