Oh, I almost forgot....

I am currently almost 38 weeks preggo.  Yup...I keep forgetting about that!  Although, I did start to get the baby clothes washed and folded the other day!  Here are some much requested belly photos!

neighbors....ugh....

Warren....Katie.  Ya'll know who I'm talking about.  Well, they moved in yesterday.  I suddenly find myself trying to hide myself when I go outside just so I don't have to have a two hour conversation with them.  I realize that I do not prefer to have neighbors.  But, I do, however, like trying to figure out what is going on over there.  I guess I'm really into spying- not into talking to people for real.  So, here's the scoop:
They like wolves.  How do I know this??  Because their license plate says 'Wolves".  So, I'm assuming they like wolves, or the Chicago Wolves.  I am hoping it's just wolves, because I am really looking forward to seeing them wear t-shirts that are decorated with wolves howling at the moon.  Or even just a wolf on a hill, with several other wolves behind him on different hills.  These such shirts make me so happy that I could pee myself.  Although- It is not hard for me to pee myself these days...but that's a different story!
Warren and Katie also love Bears.  I also know this because of their other license plate.  I am not becoming delusional on this one though, and imagining seeing Bears in the wilderness t-shirts in my neighborly future...because the license plate is very clear.  It states that they are Chicago Bears fans.  But, I would not be surprised if they also like bears in the wilderness.
I already know they like the zoo (from their t-shirts)  They also love t-shirts(I know this from their t-shirts)
I know they love red.  I know this because they have 2 red cars in the driveway.
I know that they love to chat.  As Warren said to me just last night..." I would chat longer, but we are just beat".  You see, they just moved in yesterday... I assume that is why they were 'beat'.  Aiyyyy... it's ok, Warren, I don't like talking that much anyway.  So, don't bother conversing with me!
There's your blogual update for the day!

SURPRISE!!!!!

I love a good surprise as much as anyone.  Ok... so maybe that statement was a lie.  I enjoy surprises such as: unplanned pregnancies(for pretty much anyone)(especially me...my sister-in-law...my parents...or even my inlaws)  (boy ...oh...boy...that would be magical) ummm...anyway...back to surprises I like:  genders of babies on their actual birthday; a surprise present of a yummy ice cream sundae from your husband he picked up for you on his way home from work- just because he could sense you would want it(that's never happened)...and obviously, I could go on and on and onnnnn....
I do not, however, love surprise parties for myself.  That is why I always require people to tell me of any such surprises ahead of time.  A great example happened just today.  Jacob's work threw us a surprise shower.  Thankfully, Jacob's dad told us about it ahead of time.  The funnest part of this surprise party was letting people think we were surprised.  I think the even funner part for Jacob was giving people a hard time before the shower...such as saying he may not come in to work today, or asking why everyone was going to be at work today when it was so slow.  The not so fun part was poor baby Jaden's reaction when everyone yelled "SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Oh, NOOO.... that boy was not happy.... not happy at all.  In fact, he broke down and squeezed his eyes closed soooooo tight.  We, indeed, had to remove him from the party environment to let him calm down.   That little one does not like crowds or apparently surprises.  I think he may get that from me and his father!

PEOPLE!!!!!!

We decided to have some fun family bonding time on Friday night by going to a party at a car dealership (of course...what could ever be more fun!?)  Jaden decided to rat me out whilst we were driving home from our family fun day at the car party.  Here's that story:
We pulled up to a red light and stopped.  We waited, and the light turned green(imagine that).  Jaden then said(at that exact second) "GREEN MEANS GO"...ok, funny...because he was literally yelling it.  He followed up that statement with "GREEN MEANS GO, PEOPLE".  I just about peed my pants.  We were laughing so hard we were nearly crying.  When he realized how funny we thought he was, he just kept repeating, "GREEN MEANS GO, PEOPLE!"..it eventually turned into "GREEN MEANS PEOPLE".
All the while I'm sure Jacob was wondering where he learned to say such a statement in the first place!  As am I, Jacob, as am I!

God Bless America!!....(and the frogs...)

So.... my SIL/BFF tried to convince me to let her visit my new casa on Tuesday at 11:10 specifically.  I did, however, refuse her offer when I realized I had a two-year-old bear that day who needed a nap like nobody's business.  She then invited me to accompany her to the outlets the very next day!!  This was an offer I COULD NOT refuse!  She needed to get summer clothes for her little ladies, and I needed to get.....well.....nothing really(but I still did get stuff anyway!)  Jaden decided he needed to take a million American flags with us and carry them around the outlets.  I do believe all of the shoppers enjoyed his patriotism.  Except for maybe the time when he threw himself on the sidewalk to have a fit....but that's a different story!

Patriotism is never out of style....NEVER!

.....So.... what about the frogs???  You ask!?  Well... whilst at dinner at my lovely inlaws crib.  (this experience also involved my SIL/BFF) (We are basically ALWAYS getting into trouble together or making other people do strange stuff for us)  (She is also literally ALWAYS trying to get me to roll down my window in the car to ask the person next to us strange questions)....But, anyway...I think I got a little side-tracked...so back to the frogs.  We convinced Sarah's husband to try to catch the biggest frog in the pond.  When he failed to do so, he walked around the whole pond and tried to catch every single frog he saw!  Great effort!  He finally caught a prime frog...but alas- it jumped out of the bucket before Sarah and I had a look at the fella.  So, of course, we were extremely angry.  This is when my wonderful husband stepped in with yet another bucket!!!!!!!!  Just imagine the excitement in Sarah and my hearts when we realized we now had two grown men trying to catch the perfect frog just for us!  They walked around the pond once more and tried to bucket up each frog.  Jacob finally 'caught one'... it did however manage to escape when Jacob pulled the bucket up out of the water.  What is the moral of this story?????  I don't really know...but I can tell you one thing, I was the only one that day that was able to successfully catch a frog and have it not escape from me!  (nevermind that my frog was literally the size of a pencil eraser...nevermind that...nevermind)  The point is that I won!

Perfection!

Ohhhhhhh....Yeahhhhhh....I'm BACK!!!!

Please excuse my absence.  I have been a little preoccupied with packing/moving/unpacking/a two year old!  We moved May 19th...we are still unpacking boxes.  Oh, it. is. joyous!!!!!!!  Here are some new photos of us enjoying our new home!
This is Jaden throwing a fit because he missed his daddy!

This is my cute bipolar boy a second later laughing as we take pictures with my phone!

This is Perkins new favorite spot.  He loves laying in the shower.  Jaden also prefers to join me in the shower.  He feels the need to de-diaper himself to come in, hence, one morning I ended up cleaning his poop pile off my beautiful new hardwood floors.  Ahhhh...the joys of getting used to a new house!  Jaden has also been waking up during the night again.  I'm not sure if he wakes up and is scared because he is in a new place, or what...but it's getting really old!!!
So...there's your update!
